Owner Brock Porterfield is a local Realtor who offers over 25 years of experience in real estate and home renovations to best serve his clients’ needs. With a background as a landlord and house flipper, he has bought, rented, and sold over 100 houses across the Kansas City metro area since 1999. Working on houses since he was 16, Brock also used to help his father, who has owned around 600 rental houses throughout the Kansas City area.
After renovating several of his houses and contracting out the work over the years, Brock decided to start his own business, B.D. Porter LLC, in 2018.
